Legendary weapons database
Legendary weapons are tied to named quests, vassal rewards, hidden chests, or one-time choices. Record the source before committing to a reward: many unique items cannot be reacquired in the same save.

The retail build does not expose a single official list of every legendary weapon. Add each item only after confirming its exact name, slot, quest, chest, level gate, and whether the reward can be repeated. This page is the index for those records, not a substitute for an in-game screenshot.
