Strictly verified skill data
Use the skills database for independent entries. Every public record carries its source URL, game version, and verification status.
The official Skills & Power bulletin confirms the progression rules: one shared XP/Skill Point pool; Swordmastery and Witchcraft need manuals; Vampirism unlocks through feeding and Corruption. It does not publish a complete numeric tree, so unverified point costs and thresholds are intentionally omitted.
